What we keep quiet

What this site collects

This site is a catalogue of our animals. There is no account to create, no basket, no checkout and no newsletter box, so there is nothing here for us to store about you.

Our host keeps ordinary server logs — the address a request came from, the page asked for, the time. They are used to keep the site up and are discarded on the host's normal schedule.

When you write to us

If you email [email protected] we keep your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you properly, and for a while afterwards if the answer involved a fault we are tracking. We do not add you to anything and we do not pass your details on.

Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, provided it is not part of an open product fault.

Leaving the site

The buy button sends you to the partner store that sells the animal. From the moment you land there you are on their site under their privacy terms, and what they record is their business and theirs to explain.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and there is nothing here that follows you to another site.
