Keeping it soft
Surface wash the Octopus Chummiez Bag Charm Stuffed Animal with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then brush the pile while it dries. A full soak flattens the fur on any plush animal and takes a day to dry through; the tumble dryer melts the pile for good. Full care notes are on our returns and care page.
Ordering, tracking, refunds and replacements all run through the order page of the partner store you buy from — they hold the stock and the record. Write to us at [email protected] if you want to tell a keeper about the animal itself.
